Our Gala Dinner promises to be the unmissable Magnum Opus of Cuisine NOW, the perfect milieu to mingle with connoisseurs, amateurs and patrons of the fine art of cuisine. Each of our renowned Guest Chefs will prepare a course for a magnificent 7-course degustation dinner, each course reflecting the different styles and regions of the Chefs. A selection of matching wines – some specially imported from France for the occasion - will be served to enhance the gastronomic feast.


In the spirit of Cusine NOW, an extravaganza of live performances will punctuate the presentation of this sumptuous opera of flavours and aromas. We will unveil the much-anticipated  line up of performers closer to the Gala Dinner.

The night will be a jubilant feast of artistic expression, both on the stage and on the plate.
