Protegés and apprentices be aware. This is a unique opportunity to share a true gourmand experience with each of our culinary heroes and get a taste of the creative process. Each Chef will host a 2-hour Masterclass where three signature dishes will be crafted and showcased in a stage kitchen. Witness their prowess live, receive extraordinary recipes, ask questions and take copious notes. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from a master, ask questions and share the artistic vision - all from the comfort of the Park View Room, Doltone House.

Chefs in the City Lunch

Celebrate the muse by enjoying a 5-course lunch featuring sparkling and still wines from Chandon, prepared by each Chef to showcase their signature style and passion for the craft. An impassioned dialogue with celebrated food writer Simon Thomsen will give each Chef the opportunity to share career highs and lows, key influences and inspirations. Like fine cuisine and wine, each chef’s creations will be elevated by live performances from diverse artists  This is a must for gastrophiles, culinary amateurs and patrons of the savoury arts.
